Marin Sangha meets at St. Luke Presbyterian Church.
10 Bayview Drive, San Rafael, CA 94901.

We meet on Sunday evenings from 6:00-8:00. The class begins with a 45-minute guided sitting meditation, followed by a short period of mindful movement and stretching, a 45-50-minute Dharma talk and Q&A, and closes with a short silent meditation.

Chairs will be provided. Please bring your own cushions, blankets and mats.
Wheelchair accessible.
